A First Class Product

• All materials used are "market leader" branded UK/Western made products.
• All paper is 75-80gsm not 'flimsy'.
• You can expect ease of use, robustness, reliability and durability.

Our Guarantee

• If we supply you with work that is substandard in workmanship or materials, or that contains errors or omissions that are our fault, we will rectify the problem, reprint the job and replace it free of charge (We may require return of the faulty goods).
  If we are unable to rectify the problem we will give you your money back.
• By "substandard" we mean not equal to the normal professional standards prevailing within the UK printing industry.
  

Paper and Materials

• 75/80gsm carbonless NCR paper.
• 1200 micron rigid greyboard base.
• Heavy 315gsm tinted cover. (Manilla cover board)
• Books - heavy duty wire stitch with binding tape.

Litho Print Quality

• We print lithographically using direct digital image thermal metal plates. This means that print quality will always be of the highest professional standard.
  Litho print doesn't fade, drop off or contact transfer on long term storage.

Binding

• Unless otherwise specified, we normally bind NCR books, NCR pads and NCR sets at the top - this makes them equally suitable for both left and right handed users.

Impression Shields

• We always supply loose card impression shields where required.
  As an extra option creased wrapround shields can be fixed to our books or pads.
